Article 1. Introduction

The general terms and conditions listed below govern use of the online services and materials provided by Pureplexity BVBA’s site. The user (member, online visitor or advertiser) of the site and services offered online, is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Pureplexity BVBA reserves the right at any time modify these terms of use. The amended User Agreement will be posted to the site and will be automatically effective thirty days after the initial publication.


Article 2. Liability

Pureplexity BVBA cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or omissions in the information listed on the site. This applies to information on the site provided by Pureplexity BVBA, as well as information submitted by users (members, online visitors and advertisers).

Inaccuracies or omissions on the site bear no right to financial compensation. Pureplexity BVBA assumes no responsibility with respect to users or third parties for any direct, indirect, incidental damages, lost profits or for any damages caused by its negligence or omission in providing, compiling, editing and interpreting information.

Pureplexity BVBA offers the website explicitly "as is". For technical realization, we use the most advanced techniques. Pureplexity BVBA cannot be held responsible for the (temporary) failure or malfunctioning of the system.

Pureplexity BVBA is not responsible for links to sites operated by third parties. Pureplexity BVBA exercises no control over the mentioned sites and accepts no liability for their content. The inclusion of these links does not imply that Pureplexity BVBA approves of their content, and does not necessarily imply collaboration between Pureplexity BVBA and the owners of these sites.

The information on this site is changed periodically. Pureplexity BVBA reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to the site.


Article 3. Intellectual property and copyright

The user acknowledges that the information provided on the site (text, graphics, etc.) is and stays property of Pureplexity BVBA. Unless user has been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Pureplexity BVBA, user agrees to not reproduce, adapt, distribute, sell, publish or use for commercial intent the Services for any purpose. It is prohibited to save or use such electronic information for illegal purposes. Storing site information in a database is not permitted, except for automatic caching of information by browser.


Article 4. Privacy regulation and protection of privacy

Pureplexity BVBA collects personal information necessary to guarantee optimal operation of the site. Pureplexity BVBA reserves the right to use this information for actions or messages of a commercial nature. Pureplexity BVBA is bound to not disclose such information to third parties without the explicit consent of the party.

Pureplexity BVBA collects information in log files. This information is used for internal purposes, such as traffic and profile analysis, in order to adjust the services of the site. Pureplexity BVBA enables the use of "cookies" (a piece of text stored by a user's web browser) to facilitate the use of the website.

Pureplexity BVBA may make changes to the privacy rules from time to time. When these changes are made, Pureplexity BVBA will report this information to the users via the website.

In accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy, the user has the right to access the personal data relating to him/her and, should the user choose, may rectify the data gratis within a reasonable time. Pureplexity BVBA is responsible for the processing, storage and management of this personal data. Only the individual email addresses provided by the online visitors are saved. To be removed from the database, correspond by email. Users have the right at any time inquire free of charge concerning their personal data. The user can object at any time to the use of their data for direct marketing purposes.


Article 5. Evidence and applicable law

The Belgian law applies. The parties accept that the electronic communication between them possess legal force as written evidence. In case of disagreements or disputes, only the Court of Bruges is competent in these litigations.
